You can sign up in person at our location. our team will assist you on completing the process.
Our memberships require a minimum six-month agreement, and will automatically covers to month to month billing until the membership is cancelled. You have the flexibility to cancel at any time after the initial contract period or choose to remain a member for as long as you wish.
No problem – your Benefits will roll over with an Active Membership*. Just come in the following months and use your stored up Benefits.
(*Active Membership means that you are still incurring monthly charges and that your account is not frozen or lacking any monthly membership dues. All benefits will expire if Membership is canceled or monthly dues are not paid.)
Currently, we do not have a system to notify members before their benefits expire, so we encourage everyone to use their benefits within the eligible window. You are always welcome to contact us for updates on your current membership benefits.
Monthly Membership can be frozen for up to 3 consecutive months after fulfilling the first 6-month agreement. Freeze option is available once every 12-month period. Yearly membership can be frozen for up to 3 consecutive month after the first year.
While we would love for you to stay, we understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your membership before the six-month period, there will be an early cancellation fee.
Once your membership is cancelled, any remaining benefits will be forfeited.
